Climate change is a global collective action problem. Dr. Robert Falkner of the London School of Economics introduces the history of global negotiations to control and limit emissions. Beyond these negotiations a transnational network of organisations are coming together to fight global warming. Dr. Falkner asks whether this will be enough to to generate the timely and effective response that is needed.
