Kyle McNally

Kyle McNally is a researcher and PhD candidate at Durham University. His research focuses on the application of international humanitarian and human rights law in fragile and failed states. More specifically, he is investigating the international assistance and protection of internally displaced persons in conflicted affected states. Kyle holds a Masters degree from the London School of Economics in Development Studies and has previously worked as a Congressional Aide in the United States House of Representatives.
